The ceremony will serve as an opportunity to recognise and honour excellence in the region’s golf industry. The renowned Eastin Thana City Golf Resort will proudly host the awards ceremony, marking the first live hosting of the Service ‘Excellence’ Awards ceremony. This event promises to bring together industry professionals to celebrate outstanding individuals, departmental achievements, and golf club success across all spectrums of 59club Asia.
At the heart of the event lies the recognition of leading golf venues that consistently deliver ‘service excellence’ across various aspects of their operations. Winners will be awarded based on actual audit scores collected from independent mystery auditors, reflecting the truly exceptional experiences provided to both golf visitors and other customers, such as food and beverage patrons.
The highlights of the evening will be the announcement of the 59club Asia’s Industry Benchmark Awards – the Gold, Silver and Bronze Flag Awards. These accolades will be bestowed upon member clubs and commercial venues that not only meet the required standards of service, but also offer excellent facilities for customer enjoyment.
The event will kick off with golf and education, featuring a Best-Ball golf competition for the venue representatives and educational seminars and workshops for Head of Departments and Departmental Managers. The day will conclude with an inspiring Awards Ceremony, promising valuable insights for team empowerment throughout 2024 and beyond.
